From the information Dorothy obtained from Gregor, Davic was secretly captured by the Hunters.

This means there is a possibility of conflict between the Hunters and Davic.

If the Hunters and Davic had clashed or even engaged in a Beyonder battle, the Hunters’ abilities could have caused the strange winds.
