Eastern coast of the main island of Pritt, Tivian.

During the daytime in Tivian, under the gloomy sky, a chilly autumn wind blew through the air.

A faint haze hung over the city as always.

In a quiet city park somewhere in the eastern district, a few citizens were strolling leisurely.

Inside a pavilion within the park, a thin man with deep-set eyes and a hooked nose, wearing a gray trench coat, was seated on a stone bench.
