Tents and other camp supplies were included as well, though this time, these were much more utilitarian than the large, comfortable ones erected at the entrance.
The desert stretched endlessly before them, it was an ocean of golden dunes that constantly shifted under the eyes of the scorching sun.
Above the horizon, the aforementioned pyramid loomed.
It was but a dark, hazy silhouette that never seemed to get any closer, not even after an hour of constant walking in its direction.
