Chapter 107: Outer Region Bloodbath IVThe music was still playing, that same heavy bass line, now accompanied by screaming, gurgling death sounds, and the wet impacts of bodies hitting surfaces. Chapter 107: Outer Region Bloodbath IVThe music was still playing, that same heavy bass line, now accompanied by screaming, gurgling death sounds, and the wet impacts of bodies hitting surfaces.

Three enforcers had managed to form a defensive formation in the corner, their Auras combined, weapons drawn.

"You can’t take all of us at once, kid!

We’re D rank, we’ve been doing this for years, you’re just one person–" Damian grabbed a broken chair leg from the floor.

Then he charged straight at them, no technique, no elegance, just raw overwhelming violence.

The first enforcer swung an Aura-covered machete at his head.

Damian ducked under it, drove the chair leg into the man’s groin with enough force to lift him off his feet, then brought it back up to smash into his jaw as he doubled over.

Teeth and blood flew.

The second enforcer tried to stab him with a knife.

Damian caught the wrist, twisted it until bones broke, then used the man’s own momentum to drive the knife into the third enforcer’s throat.

The blade sank deep, severing the carotid artery.

Blood sprayed in a pressurized arc across the wall as the enforcer gurgled and collapsed.

The second enforcer, his wrist still broken, tried to back away.

Damian grabbed him by the collar and headbutted him so hard both their foreheads split open.

Blood ran down both their faces.

Damian headbutted him again.

And again...

BANG BANG BANGThe enforcer’s nose shattered.

His orbital bone cracked and his cheekbone fractured.

After the fifth headbutt, the enforcer’s eyes had rolled back in his head, unconscious but still standing through sheer shock.

Damian released him and he collapsed like a puppet with cut strings.

The first enforcer, still clutching his broken jaw and ruined groin, tried to crawl away.

Damian found the metal pipe he’d used earlier, the one still embedded in a corpse across the room.

He pulled it free with a wet sucking sound, blood and viscera dripping from the end.

Then he walked over to the crawling enforcer, grabbed him by the back of his head, and forced his mouth open.

"No...

please...

MMMPH–" The pipe drove into his mouth, through his throat, down his esophagus.

Damian kept pushing.

The enforcer’s eyes bulged as the pipe traveled down his digestive tract, tearing through soft tissue, puncturing organs.

Damian didn’t stop until the pipe’s bloody end emerged from the man’s rectum, having traveled completely through his body.

The enforcer’s eyes were still open, somehow still alive despite being literally skewered from mouth to anus.

Damian leaned down close.

"That’s for threatening me earlier.

" Then he stood up and kicked the man onto his side, the pipe rattling as the body collapsed.

The enforcer twitched for several more seconds before finally going still.

Damian stood in the center of the pub, completely drenched in blood that wasn’t his own.

The floor was covered in bodies, blood, broken glass, and scattered body parts.

The music was still playing cheerfully in the background, completely oblivious to the massacre.

Damian took a deep breath, his chest expanding slowly, and let it out in a long, satisfied sigh.

"I don’t know why...

but I feel like my favourite color is crimson.

" His voice was filled with genuine appreciation, like someone admiring a sunset or a piece of art.

He looked down at his blood-soaked hands and smiled.

Kuro, having returned to normal size, landed on his shoulder and cawed softly.

The raven’s feathers were matted with gore, his beak still dripping.

"You did good work tonight.

That swallowing technique is really nice, never thought you could change your size as well.

" Damian walked toward the back room where the five leaders were meeting, stepping over bodies and through pools of blood.

The music faded slightly as he entered the hallway leading to the private rooms.

Time to finish this.

**** [Present Time - Private Meeting Room]Complete silence hung in the room after Damian’s casual invitation to continue their meeting.

The five gang leaders stared at the blood-soaked teenager sitting with his feet propped disrespectfully on their table, his crimson eyes moving from face to face with lazy interest.

Kuro shifted on his shoulder, the raven’s red eyes glowing in the dim light, still slightly larger than normal from all the death energy he’d absorbed.

Viktor was the first to find his voice, his massive frame tensing as he leaned forward.

"Who the hell are you supposed to be, kid?

You walk into our private meeting covered in blood, acting like you own the place, and expect us to just–" "It’s strange, isn’t it?

" Damian interrupted him calmly, his tone conversational.

"You called this entire meeting specifically to discuss how to deal with the Mafia.

You spent over an hour talking about strategies and forming alliances and planning coordinated strikes.

And yet when I walk in here, you don’t even recognize the enemy you gathered to destroy.

" The realization hit all five of them simultaneously.

Their faces went pale as understanding dawned.

"The reason your guards outside aren’t answering your calls is because they’re already dead.

All of them.

" Damian’s voice remained pleasant, almost friendly.

"I killed them before coming inside.

Well, Kuro and I killed them together.

He has shown me many wonderful things he can do, thanks to your men.

" David, the youngest leader, pulled out his phone with shaking hands and tried calling his men again.

The call went unanswered.

The others tried to call their own men, but to no avail.

"You’re lying.

There’s no way one person could take down so many armed guards without us hearing anything.

" Maria’s voice carried forced confidence, but her hand was already on her concealed weapon.

"The music was playing quite loudly.

And the rain has excellent sound-dampening properties.

" Damian gestured vaguely toward the ceiling where the bass line was still thumping.

"But if you don’t believe me, you’re welcome to step outside and check their bodies.

Though I should warn you that some of them are in pieces now, so it might be difficult to get an accurate count.

" Viktor stood up slowly, his C+ rank Aura beginning to flare around his massive frame.

"Even if you somehow managed to kill our guards, which I still don’t believe, you’re dealing with something completely different now.

We’re not some street-level enforcers you can overwhelm with surprise attacks.

" His voice grew stronger, more confident.

"We’re the five strongest organizations in the Outer Region.

Each of us has been running our operations for years.

We’re all C rank or higher.

And yes, maybe you killed that brute from the Serpent Gang, but he was always the weakest among the major leaders.

" The other four nodded in agreement, their own Auras starting to activate.

"We’re not weak like he was.

We didn’t build our empires by being easy targets.

And there’s five of us against one of you.

" Viktor’s smile was brutal, confident.

"You made a serious mistake walking in here alone, boy.

We’re going to make an example of you that everyone in this region will remember.

" "You’re probably right about that last part.

" Damian’s feet stayed on the table, his posture completely relaxed.

"Someone here will definitely become an example tonight.

I’m just not sure you understand which side of that equation you’re on.

"
