A young man next to the young woman nodded and said, "Yes. But I believed in Captain Xiu’s decision. Since he dares to let these high-ranked zombies stay in our base, he must have a way to control them. We should be fine."

After listening to their words, Ren Jiaxiang observed the residents of Sector E. When they approached the black gate, he heard another conversation of a group of supernatural beings.

His friend scoffed and said, "I’m surprised you can trust zombies."

The man chuckled and said, "Before that happens, these zombies will lose their heads first. Don’t you know how strong Captain Xiu is? He can behead a group of zombies without touching them. With such a strong man around, we don’t need to fear anything."

After hearing what they said, Ren Jiaxiang thought to himself: ’According to them, this man named Captain Xiu must be very strong. Could it be that Captain Xiu is that man just now? Is he the leader of this base?’

The moment her fingers touched Wu Yichen’s forehead, he felt a warm and gentle energy pouring into his body. He suppressed the instinct to move away from her and stood there stiffly.

Three seconds later, Zhu Lin retracted her fingers and said, "Try to walk over now."
