Immortal in The Apocalypse

After hearing Teng Bai’s order, the soldier walked up to the man and used his healing ability to heal all the wounds on the man’s body. Two minutes later, he looked in the direction of the door and said, "He is fine now. Come and take him to Sector A."

The two soldiers standing outside the door heard the soldier’s words and walked in. After untying the man, they dragged him out. Seeing that Teng Bai did not order the middle-aged captain to be dragged in, Tan Wei asked, "Captain Teng, why don’t you let the soldiers bring the middle-aged captain over for interrogation?"

After a twenty-minute rest, Teng Bai said to the two soldiers outside the room: "Bring in the middle-aged captain."

The soldiers nodded and said, "Yes, Captain."

As the soldiers tied him to the metal cross, Teng Bai walked to a large black cabinet in the corner of the torture room. He opened the cabinet and took out a pair of bracelets from the drawer.

Seeing that the soldiers only tied him up with metal chains, the middle-aged captain snorted and breathed a sigh of relief in secret. He smiled provocatively at Teng Bai and the others, and said, "I want to know what you did to the people before me that made them howl like slaughtered pigs."

Teng Bai glanced at him and then put the bracelets on his wrists. After that, he took out a small remote control from his pocket and pressed a few buttons. The next second, the bracelet was activated, and a small needle protruded from each of the bracelets and pierced the middle-aged captain’s wrists.

Feeling the stinging pain on the inside of his wrists, the middle-aged captain snorted and asked, "Is this all you can do?"

Listening to his disdainful words, Teng Bai raised his eyes from the remote control and said calmly: "I don’t know if you can still say the same thing in a while."

Before the middle-aged captain could say another word, Teng Bai pressed a few buttons. The next second, the middle-aged man felt that his energy was sucked away by the bracelets.

He opened his eyes wide, looked at Teng Bai, and asked in panic: "What did you do to me?!"

Tan Wei saw his huge reaction and asked curiously: "Captain Teng, what did you just do to him?"

Teng Bai put the remote control on the table and said, "I just disabled his ability. It seems that this device is indeed effective against supernatural beings."

The middle-aged captain suddenly felt a chill running down his spine after hearing Teng Bai words. He is confident that with his ability, Teng Bai and the others can’t do anything to him. But if he loses his ability, then that’s a different matter. Without his ability, it would be impossible to break even these metal chains, let alone escape from the prison under their watches.
