Seeing the nurse standing there with a shocked look on her face, Zhu Lin frowned slightly and said, "What are you doing? Hurry up."

Hearing her words, the nurse came to her senses and said quickly: "Yes, Miss Zhu."

With the help of the nurses, Zhu Lin saved one black code patient after another. When the first faint ray of sunlight seeped out from the gloomy winter sky, all the black code patients had been sent to the ward.

After several hours of non-stop effort rescuing the patient, Zhu Lin finally walked out of the operating room. The moment the door of the operating room opened, nurses, doctors, and family members and friends of the patients clapped and thanked her sincerely. Looking at their smiling faces, Zhu Lin smiled slightly and then left the hospital.

As soon as she walked out of the hospital, a woman chased after her while shouting: "Miss Zhu, please wait a moment."

When she heard someone calling her, Zhu Lin stopped and turned around. The woman stood in front of her, suddenly knelt down with tears burst into her eyes as she said, "Miss Zhu, I beg you, please save my husband!"

Seeing the woman suddenly kneeling down, Zhu Lin calmly stretched out her hand to help her up and said, "Please stand up first, Madam."

The woman shook her head and cried anxiously: "Miss Zhu, please save my husband. He really can’t hold on anymore."

Zhu Lin sighed and said patiently: "Madam, please stand up first and tell me slowly. Before I can save your husband, I must first know what is wrong with him."

When the woman heard Zhu Lin’s words, she stopped crying and stood up from the ground with Zhu Lin’s help. Looking at the woman’s tear-stained face, Zhu Lin gently patted her shoulder, and a string of divine energy seeped into the woman’s body. As the warm divine energy flowed into her body, the woman slowly calmed down.

After a while, the woman wiped the tears on her face, looked at Zhu Lin and said, "Miss Zhu, I heard that you saved all the black code patients today. Can you come to my house to check on my husband? He was too sick to leave our home, and the doctors said that they couldn’t save him."

Zhu Lin looked at the woman’s desperate expression, thought for a moment, and said, "All right. Madam, please lead the way."

When the woman heard Zhu Lin’s words, her eyes lit up and she said, "Miss Zhu, please come with me."

Led by the woman, they walked towards Sector B. When they entered the residential area, many supernatural beings greeted Zhu Lin. She nodded to them and followed the woman to her home. After walking for more than an hour, they finally arrived at one of the apartments built by the base.

Climbing the stairs to the third floor, the woman took out the key, opened the first door, then walked in and said, "Miss Zhu, my husband is in the bedroom."

Zhu Lin looked at this small apartment and knew that this woman’s husband should be a supernatural being since could rent a house in Sector B, a place where only supernatural beings were allowed to rent.

The woman led her into the bedroom while Zhu Lin observed the house and thought: ’As a supernatural being, how come he is so sick that he couldn’t even go to the hospital? What disease does he have?’

The woman opened the bedroom door and said, "Miss Zhu, please come in."

As soon as the door opened, a pungent smell rushed into Zhu Lin’s nose. She frowned slightly and walked into the bedroom. Zhu Lin looked around and saw a person lying on the only bed in the bedroom. Seeing his condition, her eyes flickered.

The man’s body was covered in ulcers, and most of his body was swollen to the point of almost exploding. Zhu Lin looked at his skin covered with red and purple patches, and then moved her gaze to the floor stained with black blood. Looking at the man’s state, she frowned slightly.

"Miss Zhu, this is my husband. Can you save him?" The woman said, while holding back tears.

Zhu Lin stared at the man lying on the bed and said, "Madam, please open the window."

"Ah, alright." The woman said, then quickly went to pull up the curtains and opened the window.

When the faint sunlight outside shone into the bedroom, the woman came back and asked, "Miss Zhu, can you save my husband?"

Zhu Lin did not answer her question, but took out a set of silver needles from her spiritual palace. She pulled out a long silver needle made of heavenly steel, which was very suitable for transmitting energy. She calmly and gently poked the red and swollen area on the man’s fingertips.

The moment the silver needle breaks the skin, yellow pus gushes out from the small hole like a stream. When the woman saw this, her face turned pale, but she still covered her mouth with her hands and stood there without making any sound, trying not to disturb Zhu Lin.

Pulling back the silver needle, Zhu Lin looked at the yellow pus and saw something moving in the pool of pus combined with blood. Zhu Lin narrowed her eyes slightly, took a closer look, and said calmly: "Madam, your husband has many parasites in his body. Did he eat something unclean before he got sick?"

The woman was startled when she heard Zhu Lin’s words, but she quickly calmed down and said, "He came back two days ago with a little rabbit. This is the first game we found after the weather got warmer."

Zhu Lin listened calmly to the woman’s answer and said, "Madam, do you also eat rabbit meat?"

The woman shook her head and said, "I didn’t eat it. The meat was left for my husband. He is a supernatural being and eats much more than me."
